Most units are street-level and are within a few minutes walk to Siesta Beach - all units have fully equipped kitchens, fresh linens and towels.

The Tropical Breeze Resort on Siesta Key provides rooms, suites, and beach house rentals - you can select daily, weekly, or monthly rates for your preferred lodging option. This is one of the few hotels in the Siesta Key Beach area that offer daily rental plans.
The accommodations available include the renovated Tropical Breeze Resorts accommodations, the Florida-style Tropical Breeze Vacations accommodations outfitted with fully equipped kitchens along with hotel or home style rentals. All of these units are ideally located within a couple of hundred yards from the Gulf of Mexico. A handful are situated across the street, while the three bedroom-Beach suite sits directly on the beach.
The resort has a great location and is conveniently situated near some of Sarasota's most popular attractions: St. Armands Circle, Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, Mote Marine Aquarium, Siesta Village, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, John & Mable Ringling Museum of Art, Asolo Theatre, Sarasota Jungle Gardens, and Ed Smith Stadium (Cincinnati Reds Spring Training Home). Area businesses like Sarasota Memorial Hospital are also located nearby while the Sarasota Bradenton International Airport is within 10 miles of the resort. The property is seven miles southwest of Sarasota and just nine miles from Longboat Key.
