The guestrooms at the Harrington were renovated in the 1925 coquina block beachfront home in the 1960s. The first doctor on Anna Maria Island, Dr. Huth, used the house. Some of these rooms are fitted with a Jacuzzi-like tub, a fireplace, and a king bed, not to mention the ever-popular gulf views.
In case you're interested in lodging for a big family and have children under 11, you can visit the Harrington website to take a peek at the Vista Grande Villas. The views in these villas are truly spectacular as the villas directly point in the direction of the Gulf of Mexico. The guest rooms at the villas consist of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Along with that, each of these units has a full-sized kitchen, private decks for parties, and a living room. These also come with a swimming pool, a grilling facility and even a hot tub. Although these units are rented via the Harrington Bed & Breakfast, it does not come with bed & breakfast services.
As far as the touted breakfast is concerned at the Harrington, a full breakfast is on the house along with the room rate. Breakfast is available from 7:30am - 10am and you may wish to enjoy it in the dining room, outdoors, breakfast or dining areas.
