Located at the lovely Siesta Key Beach in Florida, the resort is well-equipped with all modern amenities. Tiled floors, lounge chairs, contemporary kitchen, private patios, gas grills, kitchen items including blender, juicer, dishwasher, microwaves and refrigerator give the guests a homely feeling at the resort.

The Patio cottages of the resort are unique in its design, style and ambience. Surrounded by beautiful bougainvilleas, passion fruits and coconut palms, the Blue Dolphin Cottage, Yellow Palm Patio Cottage and the Pink Mango Patio Cottage attract every eye. The scenic view from these cottages is marvelous. Built in 1940's, the cottages underwent massive renovation in 2003. The new ones were constructed with all the latest facilities including central air and heat, brand new kitchens and the like. The cottages also have all the amenities including internet access, pull out sofa or day bed, large bedrooms, washer and dryer.

The rates are generally applicable for one or two persons. For additional members, the charge is $15 per night. For children under 14 it is free. If you wish to holiday with your pet, pay a surcharge of 10%. The summer rates vary from the winter and holiday rates. Staying at the resorts for 2-3 days are payable at reservation and are non refundable. Those who are planning for weekly or longer bookings, they need to pay $300.00 at reservation and balance 60 days before arrival. If you want to put off or cancel your reservations, it is mandatory that it must be made in writing and you will lose $150.00 as administrative fee. The remaining amount of the initial fund can be considered to a future booking within one year. It is also important to note that you are will be charged 30%, if you cancel your reservation within 60 days prior to arrival, 50% within 30 days and 100% within 15 days. Cards accepted include Visa/MasterCard/Discover. So, plan your stay well ahead and go for it.

Apart from the fun at the cottages, you can also have some enjoyment roaming around.
